Cloud Beam
Effect: If the opponent is fire, Cielo deals X damage to creature. And if he creature is defeated, remove from game instead. ((one use))

| Yes I like this. But to make it fairer why don't you do a card that does X damage, and if he creature is destroyed, it is removed from the game. | |
