History/breifing- Dark waters is dark cold water.

Effect- When a creature/monster get attacked with this they loose -4/-4 unless of the dark/black type/attribute then you loose -3/-3 due to the name.

My first sorcery! Wink

(I kind of know what I'm doing a little better since I got some MTG cards!)
